Apologies to the author of this note, as it was handed to me on the day of Dave's funeral and I've forgotten who by, but I feel it should be aired. Dave had a truly unique personality, his heart was so full of a passion for life, a love of people and a joyfulness he never seemed to be without. Dave would never have been a stranger to anybody due to his remarkable ability to spark with everyone he met and I'm sure he always left a lasting impression. The party is certainly going to be a duller affair now Dave's not about. I hope wherever he is there is good company, a stocked bar and some wild women. Dave was a wonderful person I miss him so much already i absolutely loved him. Rest in peace Dave, gone but never forgotten.
